Reiloy USA

This new construction project provided screw and barrel manufacturer Reiloy USA a 61,000 SF multipurpose space to grow and customize to meet future needs. This state-of-the-art facility located in Maize, KS and features a pre-engineered metal building outfitted with covered loading docks, casting room, offices, break room, restroom, and a large open workspace. The project began in 2019 and was completed in October of 2020.

Project Details

TESSERE provided design, construction documents and construction administration for a new 100,000-squarefoot manufacturing facility and 61,000 SF of office space on 12.7 acres. The building is a steel frame with prec-cast concrete or tilt-up panels. The project included parking for approximately 100 cars, service drives, fencing, site lighting, and landscaping. The pre-engineered metal building includes three covered loading docks, a break room, rest rooms, locker rooms, casting room, and office area with Quality Assurance Lab. The layout of the largest portion of the building was left open to create a multipurpose space that can be restructured as needed to accommodate future projects.
