Lubbock Heart Hospital

As the cornerstone of a new medical park, this hospital not only needed to be beautiful, it needed to be completed quickly. Using fast-tracked, phased construction, the facility was completed, from design to occupancy, in 10 months.

Located in Lubbock, Texas, this 98,000-square-foot hospital offers emergency and imaging service, as well as operating rooms, catheterization and EP labs, and inpatient, CCCU, and outpatient beds. The fast-tracked design-build project required an interactive process with both the contractor and owner.
