In 2018, TESSERE began working to bring the Waldinger Corporation’s vision of increasing their presence in the Wichita, KS area to life. The collaboration resulted in the design of a $2 million facility located in central Wichita to accommodate their growing operation and workforce while providing a better reach to their Midwest clientele.

As Construction Manager for the project, Waldinger Corporation was integral in the design and installation of the MEP systems and the installation of the metal wall panels. The new branch includes office space, a training room that accommodates 50 occupants, a conference room that seats 15, a sheet metal shop, a pipe fabrication shop, an area for construction administration, a service area, shipping/receiving area, and a flex storage space.
The TESSERE team provided Architectural, Civil Engineering, and Interior Design services. Waldinger Corporation is projected to move into its new Wichita Branch at 3052 South All Hallows Avenue later in 2020.
